TJ was extremely understanding and went above and beyond to accommodate our specific needs. His patience and dedication made a huge difference — truly exceptional service. Sajjaad not only completed the job flawlessly but also took the extra time to personally train us, ensuring we were confident and comfortable with everything. He followed up the next day and even again the following week to make sure everything was working smoothly. That level of care and commitment is rare. Caroline from technical support has been wonderful throughout the past year — always helpful, responsive, and genuinely supportive whenever we needed assistance. We had an issue with a dental milling machine and we were out of commission for 2 days. We panicked because we needed couple cases to be milled and delivered asap. We are in California and proto3000 are in Toronto. In 2 days, Sajjaad Darr, an engineer from proto 3000, came and promptly fixed the issue, but also spent couple of more hours educating my team about proper maintenance, calibration, and problem shooting. We learned so much, and Mr Darr was such a gentleman. Top notch service!! Thank you!
⭐️Very Disappointing Experience⭐️ I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. 1. Communication was a major issue. I requested a crystal clear 3D print (their folio has that), they replied and asked me for more photos but received no response for over 20 days after. 2. Phone service was even worse. Calls connected without saying a word or response to my "Hello" then hold me on phone for 10minutes without answer. So I hung up and called again, then ended up picked up the phone but hung me up immediately. 3. I was redirected to them by another shop again after 2 weeks, but when they finally replied, they offered me a completely different material, a Nylon print in SOLID GREY instead of CRYSTAL CLEAR. Seriously, if you can't provide the service just say so at the first place instead of asking me for more photos and files then give me an unsatisfied answer after 3 weeks, also the hung up on phone without any answer, that was seriously rude. Overall, their service and communication are unacceptable. Avoid them if possible.
No support. Got my printer. After one month, they told me they are my dealer any more so they can’t support me. They could told me before I spent $100k.
Have had the pleasure of working with Proto3000 on a couple occasions. Their prices are always competitive and the parts are delivered to spec and on time. Would highly recommend for all your tooling and rapid prototyping needs!
Tried their service, sample was not printed out as requested, although we did go with their recommendations for what kind of printing is required (Jet Fusion). definitely would not recommend.
