Haven't had a great experience with the Services. Very irresponsible in terms of following up, taking service order, and overall customer satisfaction.... It's especially tragic as there are only a few representative that exists at the GTA for such a legendry carmaker.
Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. Note: Like other review mentioned, you have to have an appoinemnt booked in advance in order to test drive the car.
Bad customer service, Today my wife and I went at this location to choose a car. After 20 min walking around inside the dealership I requested to someone to show us the cars, they told me the sales person was not there and I can’t see the cars outside due my own safety. What does that mean!? I dont recommend this location, go straight to downtown Alfa Romeo of Toronto.
I have been taking my car here since new. They do a great job with my car and never recommend me things I don’t need. The service advisor Matthew is a great guy who is forthcoming with what needs doing and any delays and that is very much appreciated. On my last service they had an Uber take me home and pick me back up when my car was done. I highly recommend them if you need service on your Alfa Romeo.
Showed up at Maranello Alfa Romeo at roughly at 3:30PM last Saturday afternoon (2024.02.24) after driving all the way from Ottawa on a short visit to the area. I went out of my way to arrive at Maranello AR so I could inquire about an Alfa Romeo Stelvio they had on their website. Prior to visiting, I had done all my research on the car, had all my financing in order, and was prepared to work out a deal assuming the vehicle was as described, but was blown off and dismissed by Anthony Chiaravalloti, who I was shocked to find out was the dealers sales manager. Despite explaining to Anthony that I had been looking at the car for over a week on their website and had never sat in or driven an Alfa Romeo, further explaining that I had just arrived from Ottawa to look at the vehicle in person, he was insistent on me "booking an appointment online" if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. Furthermore, I wasn't even allowed to hold the keys so I could start the vehicle up which I found quite absurd, as again he reiterated that "an appointment is needed" to inquire about the vehicle. Anthony had then abruptly split from our conversation when friends of his passing through the lot had waved him down to socialize, thus concluding my experience at Maranello Alfa Romeo.
The service advisors been great and always answered all the questions and concerns all of the time. The only issue I experienced not one but twice were stains left behind in the vehicle from oil stains from hands on the dashboard and steering wheel, and some oil grease left to the armrest which shouldn’t be the case if the technician took extra care and attention to detail. This is why I’m not giving a 5 but a 4 stars only
Great customer service with Mathew! They provided great service for my Levante and discussed the inspection to ensure I was satisfied! 5 stars all around! 2022 June- Brought my Levante in for annual maintenance. Service was excellent and timely. The car was cleaned when I received it back. Nice job guys!
