Headline: immoral business practices! Untrustworthy, unapologetic and zero customer service skill. Update: refund finally recovered after a month of chasing calling and arguing. Posting reviews all over the web. Finally Feb. 12 got my money This is by far they worst experience I've ever had with a service contractor. Contacted his company in September. Scheduled a service call for repairs to a Samsung refrigerator. Sept 19 , 2023 Paid for a deposit on repair parts to be ordered on Sept 26th, 2023. Advised parts would be in stock in 4-6 weeks. After waiting the time period I continued to follow up with them. And continued to be advised the parts aren't in stock. To reach them is next to impossible. They do t return calls. Read or respond to text messages or emails. Once they got your money they show zero follow through. Concern or want to resolve issues. After finally waiting near 3 months for the parts to come in stock I got fed up. I spent about 40 min. Sourced parts for the repair. That I had be told were on back order and were not possible to get. Had them delivered in three days. I called in frustration and had requested to cancel the order. (Dec. 10) and they advised me they will cancel the order and I will get my money back. But they first had to get the money back from their supplier. So this excuse is just a tactic to delay refunding a consumer's money. It's actually illegal to withhold return of funds. I made the order with RA appliances not his supplier. On this call he advised us of this absurd policy and it's "how we are working" "we working differently" this is a continuous theme with them. They believe in doing business that only benefits them with their bottom line. After many calls and follow up they still have not returned our deposit. I opened a claim with the better business bureau. And finally on Monday December 18th in conversation they agreed to refund all the funds. In 48-72 hours. And here we are now Dec 23 still no refund. They say they accept credit card they forced us to e transfer funds each time. They quoted $80 for a service call and we were overbilled. It's even on their website. But we got charged $99 plus HST. My wife paid them the service call money and wasn't aware they overbilled.
I woke in the morning and noticed that my fridge is not cooling properly. I reached out to RA Appliance repair and that provided me with a temporary solution over the phone and scheduled a service call with their technician right away. The technician arrived within an hour and after 20 minutes of diagnostics he was able to provide me with an excellent solution that fit my budget and my food did not go bad and the fridge started working again. I highly recommend them to all and will certainly be using their services for all future services.
Called Ra Appliance for my Broken washer , they responded immediately and sent technician same day . Good service, reliable company and most important affordable price. Recommend to everyone , definitely 5 stars ⭐️

We have an old gas dryer that started making a very loud noise so we had to stop using it. We were hoping to not have to replace it but were worried that it couldn’t be fixed. We had a very fast response to our email that we sent and someone came out the next day and assessed the problem very quickly. We were happy that the dryer could be fixed but it needed some parts. It took awhile for the parts to arrive but that is not something that they could control. As soon as the parts came in, they came out and installed them. Both times they came, they were punctual, efficient, friendly and carefully explained the problem. We would definitely call them again.
