Absolutely the worst experience as a customer I have ever had. Not transparent process, lack of communication, stress on every step. Instead of making it easier they did everything to make the purchase/sale deal more difficult fore I always felt neglected, like they had no time for me and had to ask them to do their job several times (not always successfully) Absolutely not recommended
