I was having lot of trouble to find ladder rack for my Mitsubishi Outlander in Edmonton and no one in Edmonton was helping me. Not helpful at all, their ladder locks don’t work well because of weird design and when asked to adjust it the person said “it’s not my problem” Avoid them!

Had them put a floor and partition in my brand new 2021 work van and found out later that they dented the panel from the inside out. Alex said “its just a work van” and refused to pay for the damage. Brutal, do not recommend
