Ron and Dave were great on the phone - gave me the details I needed to make a decision. They were able to meet my needs and schedule me quickly knowing my fears and needing to feel safe. Their waiting area was filled with 3 comfy couches and a massive TV incase you needed to stay there for the 3-4 hour job. RON - You are the ultimate teacher - PATIENT!!!! although I do pride myself on being tech savvy you are methodical in your teaching the product from choosing passwords, changing passwords and how to deal with all the possible "what ifs" . My vehicle came back clean and perfect. Price was fair - especially considering the peace of mind. So far so good - but I know that if I do need you - that you are a phone call away and said you can always help.
