I waited a few months before leaving this review to provide an objective view (the work was completed in July). The work was completed quickly and to a high standard, consistent with other reviews. However, the follow-up process has been less smooth — I’ve had to contact Ram Auto Glass a couple of times to confirm that my insurance claim was submitted, and I’m still clarifying its status with the insurer. Overall, quality workmanship, but the aftercare process could be improved.

I called after getting a chip on my windshield from debris on the highway. I was worried that the cold may cause the chip to shatter and Ara came by my office and worked on my windshield within 24 hours, right in the parking lot. Thank you Ara, and thanks Ram Auto Glass !
