This place is awesome … got a Kline exhaust installed on my gt4 RS … Khurram was incredible throughout … showed me around the shop multiple times … let me check out all the crazy cars … I won’t take my cars anywhere else moving forward

Went to Pfaff for a Unitronics tune for my VW Tiguan. Excellent service, great staff and atmosphere. Service was faster than quoted and priced well. Would highly recommend these guys if you're looking for tuning or performance upgrades. Totally happy with my tune and improved performance. A+++

I have taken 4 of my cars to Piero at Pfaff (BMWs, Porsches, etc.) and their work is always top caliber. From sourcing the best products, to ensuring installs are done with quality work - I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.
Was stopping in to drop something off and speak to someone in service, desks were empty and people were in adjacent offices didn't even acknowledge I existed. I stood there for a solid 15 minutes looking like an idiot. Figured a place of such a high calibre would have a slight inclination of professionalism. Walked out without a hello or a goodbye. Put a bell in there or something, seriously.
