Abdul did an amazing job. He's very personable, but more importantly he is very knowledgeable. I watched so many online videos trying to secure my Diono car seat using the seatbelt and couldn't get it tight. He showed me steps that I never would have figured out on my own. He not only secured my seat, but taught me how to do it, so I can confidently do it myself the next time. High highly recommend using him.
Abdul came and gave a comprehensive lesson on proper installation, safety features of the car seat, and how to properly use and secure the baby in the car seat. He also said he'd give us a ongoing support as needed to call him after if we had any questions at all. Will definitely be using Abdul again and refer him to our friends and family. Thanks Abdul!

There I was, mom of a 3 year old wild one in a convertible car seat that would slide around the middle of the backseat. I’d tighten and tighten and redo and fix at least twice a week. Annoying. I’d always heard that the middle seat was the safest so I refused to put my kid next to a door, but it occurred to me that it’s probably not a good thing that he slides around like he’s on an amusement park ride. I reached out to multiple companies and people I found using the search tool on Instagram. Within moments of sending my message, I got one in return with a phone number asking to to call them. I did. Abdul and I sat on the phone for a good 15 minutes before we finally came to the realization that he’s up in Canada and I live in El Paso, Texas. We laughed and he set me off on my way promising to me be in contact on Instagram. I set forth to secure my tiny human’s car seat with the help of a VERY far away new friend. A few messages, pictures, and videos later and I’m finally confident using the car seat! Honestly I can’t thank him enough. For his kindness, patience, and time, even knowing that there would be no way he could physically help me. What I do know, is that if I ever end up in Canada, I owe you one!
