Been seeing Jennifer for more than 10 years! They are all amazing! I travel a good distance & it is so worth it! A relaxing experience & I leave looking & feeling great!
Love the dip powder for nails. The healthiest my nails have been in years. Only chips if you bang your nail hard. Three weeks of beautiful looking nails. Lots of colours to choose from. Best pedicure. No blade uses pumice stone for super smooth feet. No longer getting cracked heels. Also get eyelashes - Jenn is fast and precise. They look natural and full.
from a client who was there every 2-3 weeks for several years to never again! the worst is the treatment received (not even a sorry) for their error of not putting the appointment in their calendar properly which i made 3 weeks before specifically as i had an important event. first i made it directly after i did my nails with them as i knew i would not have any other time around the date, second made appointment at the opening time so i wouldn't have to wait an hour or more while they were behind like usual. and to come to them after driving 40 min as i moved and not even get a sorry for their mistake. They told me they can squeeze me around 1 pm for one thing out of 3 i had booked. which i could not even stay around half the day for as i had an event dt. But if they were apologetic about this it would be different story but to just be like cant come at 1 bye and just walks away from me! That really tells a lot about the respect they have for their clients. And the owner is always fake nice and i had several conversation where she puts her nose when i am specifically do not do anything with her because i don't like her attitude. but i always did my nails with dime for that reason and fact i don't like being rushed out after sitting and waiting for an hour while they are late and have crooked nails that the other one try to do on me once and then i had to take the filler and fix them myself. but dime did not step in to apologize herself either and that is beyond rude. shows they only do their stuff for the money and that is it. only fake respect and smiles ! there were few times where i tell them specifically cant wait around and i end up with my nails being wrapped and waiting for 2 hrs, one time me and my friend waited 3 hrs with constant lie of just 5 more minutes. That is not how you make appointments. and that was the time i was gonna not come back again but i sticked with them as they have alot of dip color choices compare to other salons for sure. but you have to be willing to wait hours sometimes when they behind. Manicure wise and service dime does pretty good job and why i kept coming but i will not go back to these rude service and im sure many as me don't have hours to wait around while i had next appointment booked every time i left the salon. so the 2 stars are for the color selection and dime's service but customer service and wait time is actual beyond awful.
A coworker recommended this spa spot to me after having conversations of nails chipping and breaking while doing chores. I was introduced to the world of nail dipping and I'm hooked! Ever since I started nail dipping, my nails have never broken or chipped! Bonus for me is that I can keep my nails longer (I have manly hands so the longer nails, the prettier)! Atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. The owner is Jenn - very friendly and welcoming. D and T are also great! I usually visit and try out different salons to support as many small businesses around me, but now a regular here ?. (They are also out of the way on regular routes for work and personal). Personally recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or replacement spa.
I had an horrible experience with the new owner. She did my nails with next gen(powder dip). Three days later the top coat started to come off, I didn’t want to come to complain because 1st I didn’t have the time, and 2nd it was only noted when looking Closely. Two days later they started cracking and chipping off. That was on Easter weekend, which they were closed Friday, I was busy Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday. I came on Tuesday to show her, at this point all of my nails were brutally cracked and chipped off. Her answer was that it’s because I work hard and that’s why they were like that and that I must of hit them with something (totally bs). I told her to give me a discount for next time, I was not asking for a refund (which I should get it, only a discount). She refused and said that it was longer than one week and she can’t do anything about it. Those powders are supposed to last at least 3 or 4 weeks because they are really pricey. I paid her $55 + to only last a week. Obviously not going back but I will make sure all of my friends, family and internet knows that they have a really bad customer service and don’t deserve anyone going there
Ignore the bad reviews - new ownership now and it is exquisite. I have had my eyelashes done by Jennifer for years, she is the best and fast. I have also had a facial, manicure and pedicure. They were all done with care, no rushed and absolutely perfectly. I will be coming back again for another spa day soon! xoxo Crystal
Horrible service with nails and pedicure. Paid for 120$ package and UV nails done incorrectly. Shaped horribly wrong, missing colour on certain nails and pedicure was destroyed the minute I came home. Very disatisified. I was ripped of tremendously and will be taking my buisness elsewhere!
