I saw Andrea and asked her to give me a blonde balayage and she gave me a few yellow highlights in the front and absolutely nothing at the back. The back is complete dark everywhere, untouched... when I asked her to fix it she was disrespectful and passive aggressive and blocked me!! She'll be pleasant until she has your money then it's a wrap. This salon is likely reputable for other services but I would not recommend doing your hair with Andrea.
