Not only is he incredibly talented, but he genuinely cares about making sure his clients walk out happy and confident. I always leave feeling refreshed, beautiful, and so grateful to have found him. Words cannot describe the amount of love I have for Versai. Jerry is absolutely incredible, every time I sit in his chair it is met with professionalism as well as beyond a great experience, while the whole appointment is met with kindness and knowledge. I trust Jerry with anything he does! He has such a vision and his work is beautifully breathtaking. I came to Versai recently and the girl who did my hair was absolutely amazing — she was talented, kind, and genuinely made me feel taken care of. I would’ve loved to come back just for her. But I have to be honest… I was completely thrown off by what I witnessed upstairs. The energy shifted the second I walked up there. I was uncomfortable with the way a man was speaking to the staff — the tone, the tension, everything. I had already heard people mention that someone upstairs could be harsh, and unfortunately, what I saw lined up with those conversations. It honestly ruined the experience for me. I’m only writing this now because it stuck with me for weeks. As much as I loved my stylist, I don’t want to return to a place where the environment feels disrespectful or tense. A salon should feel relaxing, not stressful — especially for the people who work there.
I got a haircut there yesterday by Camila. Despite she had a lot of good reviews here, she poorly did my hair. The style that I asked was Butterfly Cut but it’s not even near to that. She is a nice girl but I will not go back there. I probably have to go to another place to fix my hair. UPDATE: I called the salon to talk to Fabio (owner and who replied to my review). I left my number to the receptionist and explained the situation. Surprisingly he NEVER called me back. Customer service is not important for this business.

I haven’t trusted anyone to touch or do my hair professionally in the past 6 years, it was my first time colouring and balayage and I’m glad I went with you, Lama! Absolutely love this salon. I feel so welcomed and taken care of. I always have my haircut/styled by Sarah and color by Maria. Both of these stylists make sure that you are comfortable and help you achieve exactly what you're looking for. Sarah always makes my thick hair feel light, fresh and healthy. Her attention to detail is phenomenal and will give you a FLAWLESS cut. She's also does beautiful bridal hairstyles. Sarah styled my hair for my engagement photoshoot and did such an amazing job. I have chosen her for my special day and I couldn't be any more excited. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for bridal hair services. Maria does wonders to my hair and does a beautiful balayage every single time. These two are so sweet!! Both have an incredible talent. I would 100% recommend Sarah and Maria. They will make sure you leave satisfied with you hair. You won't be disappointed. Thank you so much ladies!!
I have been going to salons for years trying to get a perfect blonde. First time after 3 years I got that colour and I’ve been going back for the past two years now. Jerry and his team are great. Can’t say anything bad about this place. I will never go anywhere but Versai. Highly recommend trying this place out- especially if you are thinking of going blonde/bronde of if you don’t love your hair colour enough and need a proper professional to work on it. Call a few weeks ahead as they are usually booked up (that’s how good they are)
