I have been hooked on QE home for just over a year now. The quality is amazing and the esthetics of the products are so beautiful. It's next level high quality bedding and sheets. Masi is so helpful everytime I visit the Vaughan Mills location. It's become my new happy place. I visited this weekend and treated myself for International Woman's Day to a new set Tencel sheets. I was watching a Tik Tok streamer shopping in Vaughan Mills on a random day and told her to go check out QE home. Her name is Nunu Curves and she was Live on TikTok picking out her new duvet with Masi. I recommend QE home to anyone looking to upgrade their sleeping experience.

She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient and we never pressured or pushed us to make a purchase. We also loved that she was honest about what product is best for one's needs, instead of only recommending the most expensive or luxurious products. Incredible customer service.

We went to the store just to take a quick look but ended up buying two halloween blankets and the duvet cover for our queen bed witch btw looks amazing and so cozy, the colors are amazing. After purchasing all this items the store manager gave us a gift. Can't remember her name but she was amazing. Thank you and see you again
My experience was awesome. Nasreen helped me to better understand different products for my needs. The Beech bliss sheets are superior quality and feel buttery smooth and cool to touch. So far I am very pleased with all purchases from QE Home.
I bought a pillow and they said it was very high quality. After 1 week, the pillows FLATTENNET. They did not accept returns or store credit. A complete disappointment.:(
