Not a good experience at all. They lied to me in every way possible. Place was in such a horrible situation so messy and unhygienic. Gave me an adult bird even though specifically ask for a young baby. Bird grew up in such a horrible condition and so scared of humans not playful at all. I got fooled cause i was so new in this experience. But will never recommend this shop to anyone ever please do your research nicely before making any decisions.
This place is disappointing and disgusting. Why you may ask? Well it’s because there are bird seeds EVERYWHERE on the floor and a lot of the birds water is dirty and green. The place is clustered with cages and it’s just very unorganized. And the cherry on top? The birds are on a horrible diet of seeds and millet. Don’t ever come here. This place needs to be shut down ASAP.
We are extremely pleased with our purchase and the outstanding customer service we received. As first-time bird owners, we weren’t aware of the difference between wild birds and hand-fed, tame ones. KC was exceptional in guiding us through the process and helping us choose the perfect pet. I’ve had a lifelong fear of birds, but thanks to the patience and support of KC and Mike, I felt comfortable and confident enough to bring one home. We’re grateful for their knowledge and encouragement, and we will definitely be returning in the future for more. Thank you again for such a positive experience.
I haven't been able to get a hold of the store via the posted phone number. I won't sit here and say it isn't quite annoying as I have tried on different days at different times. Luckily I am patient so I am leaving this review to ask about the pricing on their cockatiels. Thank you to whomever may respond!

It is the best store and can not find this kind of store because everything in it is good for buying birds and more but also the customer service is the best I highly especially go check it out.
