The service here is amazing! Especially for Terry. We purchased stairs treads, posts, balusters and accessories from the shop. He patiently explain to us different styles, material types for our needs. Their price is really competitive and its difficult to find elsewhere. It was a terrific experience to shop here. Highly recommended if you are doing project by yourselves.
this store is very clean. the staff is wonderful. very helpful and kind. you can grt everything you need for Flooring and stairs At a great price. highly recommend.
I have never come accross such miserable staff. I went into the store.. not one of the staff spoke to me, acknowleged my presence and I was the only person there !!! I looked around as was checking out some of the finishes on the wood, I noticed staff disapear. I approached the desk a woman did not make eye contact, engage with me or even say good morning. Feeling a little unhappy as I had drove all the way to Concord to check out the place having seen them advertised and I came with a substantial budget for work ... I informed the woman behind the desk what I was looking for / the kind of work I needed / materials for the job. The answer was straight. we don't do it. ok. well you have a store full of the products and an advert advertisings stairs and the railings I was after. I suspect she did not have a clue what I was talking about and had just been left in the store as she looked vacant. My trade went elsewhere.
