Just picked up some steaks from this place, seriously impressed! The meat is top quality and full of flavour. You can tell they really care about what they’re selling. Definitely my new go-to for a great cut.
First time at this butcher, the cuts of meat are not cut even . the first thing the guy did was to up sell me to the most expensive steak haha , the meat is cut in a way to rip you off . They lost my business and also the friends I would of sent. Won’t be back

The bone of the tomahawk steak was full of fat all around, I had to clean almost 1lb of fat from the bone!! and they sell it by weight. Not worth the money!
best salmon ever, amazing elk burgers, great local craft beer available too, nice to support local small business, I feel alot safer in this store too, not like costco where you are jammed in there with 300 strangers
