We had a very positive experience working with kitchen Pro Vaughan. The staff were very knowledgeable about their product and were very clear about what to expect. We dealt mainly with Olivia and Kris and they were always friendly and approachable. The customer service was really good and they were always happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. We will always recommend Kitchen Pro Vaughan to friends and family!
Beware this company is using the most lowest grade quality material. We found Kitchen Pro on google and just like you went through reviews but we were unfortunately mislead. Giselle, who is their designer was very help in the beginning but as the process went along and they got their payment, we discovered many issues and details were missed which were not part of the initial agreement. The counter top ended up being 38inch which makes it too high and not standard as they missed counter measurements in final design. It makes it very difficult to use kitchen with this height and not practical. The doors started fall apart including soft close stop working and hinges coming out as part of the very poor installation and workmanship. The worst part of this all was the stains that started to appear on the doors after only 2 months which no matter what wouldn’t come out and got worse. We worked with Giselle and Crystal to get the door replaced. They were unhelpful and unreliable. Crystal especially was unhelpful and the majority of the time would not keep her word. After a year of trying to work with Kitchen pro on a solution, and agreeing to pay an additional cost to get them to replace, even though it was evident that there was a defective in the material. Victor himself admitted that they were “fighting” with the supplier and after a few months, confirmed that they no longer make this product anymore. Victor was very disrespectful and completely blamed us to the way we “use our kitchen”. This is not the first time we had designed a kitchen from scratch but the most difficult and worst experience. Victor suggested I bring in one of the doors to determine with the supplier why the stains were visible and gave me the door back in worse condition and in the end was very vulgar in letting me know that he was not interested in helping us find a solution. Victor had no interest in keeping the customer happy rather left me feeling to blame and disappointed. This company uses low quality products and it’s not meant to last. Ultimately we felt betrayed and ripped off after paying above and beyond the worth of this product and type of service. No customer loyalty or integrity comes with this company.
The worst experience of my life. They will not provide what is agreed to. After forcing us to pay for 90% of the kitchen even though we identified the cabinets being stained the wrong stain at time of inspection. They will give you every excuse in the book and not take any accountability for any of their errors. They will move electrical and damage drywall during installation, without any communication during installation. You will have to be watching them constantly. We had ordered vanities as well, and again tried to tell us what was provided was what we order, when clearly the doors were not correct. This we held out for replacement. The vanity tops installation, totally destroyed our walls and damaged door casing which they never repaired. They love to blame the customer and prey on people not knowing what to look for. The fact that I did and called them out on it was the biggest fight of my life. I will never give them a reference and will have to live with the fact that they were the worst company to deal with. We had to basically complete payment, never to deal with them again. They are getting one star as Google doesn't allow us to put a negative rating.

We met Douglas and Jonathan at kitchen Pro Vaughan along with their team, they were a pleasure to deal with. From the beginning of our project, to the end and after that, they took ever measure to satisfy our every need, not to mention the beautiful Cabintery they customized for our kitchen space, truly inspirational. It’s been over four months since the install of our cabinets and we love them. Functional and spacious, easy to clean and beautiful.
