We first contacted Dave through a referral. Our scope of work included first floor closets and mud room, dining room feature wall/bar and family room fireplace wall. 4 distinct areas of the house and each area a true showpiece blending Millwork, glass, stone and lighting. The consultation - both my husband and I felt very comfortable in our first in-person interaction with Dave and Hooman. They helped us tremendously in colour selection, took the time needed to educate us about material options, color selection and worked with us patiently endless hours on design and color selection. What i loved about the team is that while I was set in my color selections, they were able to gently stir me to blend in some more modern colors and finishes (the final product is simply stunning). Dates - true to their word, the dates we agreed on for the work to commence are the dates that the team showed up to start the work and they also finished right on time. Our mud room was installed in 2 weeks from the date we submitted the order! The installation team - each and every person that was part of Dejavu’s team was a seasoned and knowledgeable technician (Millwork installers, stone installers, electrical etc). Our house in particular is a much older home which had the added complexities of inconsistent alignment which the team took care of and was seamless to us. The team did a remarkable job during installation working cleanly, quietly, calmly, never leaving any garbage behind. Budget - Absolutely no surprises. What was on the quote is what we paid. No new extra fees or surprise up-selling once the job started. Payment structure was fair and reasonable. Communications - consistent all the way through. From before we accepted the quote, during design, during installation and post installation, every call answered, every text message responded to. Daytime, nighttime, weekends and holidays. The service was truly unmatched. Hooman and Dave are top notch. Highest of quality of service and product. Referrals - Always proactive and never reactive which was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies we worked with. We will always be using the DEJAVU team for any and all future projects.
Very professional team. They finished our kitchen within 2 weeks from measurements. In terms of design, they helped us to come up with a very beautiful look and at the same time very efficient space. They were also very cooperative in accepting whatever we asked to add or change. Highly recommended.
