amazing experience dealing with Rielly at Rack Attack Vaughan. They were able to source all of the required parts for my BMW F31 prior to my ski trip including spare parts that I had lost for my existing Thule SnowPack that I was buying new crossbars to mount to. These folks are friendly and super knowledgeable about what they sell. They listen to what you want, give you a recommendation, but won't push you to buy. When you do decide to buy, they fully walk you through the use and setup after installation so you're comfortable using. I had an issue with a part from the manufacturer and they jumped on a warranty claim for me and got me up and running again quick. Customer service is #1 with them! Highly recommend.
