After my experience today, I can whole heartedly recommend this Service provider -- the customer service, scheduling, the sooper dooper inside out careful rigorous detailed work. The young man worked on my sedan for 4 hours! And it was in decent shape going in!
I contacted CarShine Luxury detailing for my Sorento ( 7 seater). The gentleman over the phone asked me a series of questions to understand and determine the needs of my car. He then explained the packages and provided me with a recommended package based on the information provided. He arranged for a gentleman to come to my house during the date and time provided. The two men, Harveer and Roger showed up within the time they said would, there was also an ETA notification to let me know how far away they were. They completed the work and honestly IMPRESSED is an understatement. My car had a pretty strong odour due to the fact that my youngest toddler had spilled her bottle in the crevices of the seeds and I could not get in there to clean it up. I got stuck on the leather of my interior And had lots of snacks, stuck in the crevices that they were able to get out. My car looks spotlesssssss! And smells SO much better . I would recommend the service again and again and again. Customer service was great & but the actual detailing and cleaning of my car was even better! Thank you so much

Car looks great! The interior was especially dirty, partly thanks to my two young kids, but it was spotless and looking like new. Communication was great, was nice to get updates as to when my detailer (Roger) was on his was way and close by. Would recommend, and will surely use again!
