The owner is very kind and understanding. He is very seamless to deal with which is great and quite rare. You may come in for a great carwash by his staff or even rent the space and wash the car on your own if you enjoy detailing.
I went to get my car detailed by Reza previously and he did an amazing job compared to what I got now. I found wrappers of McDonalds underneath the seat even though it was a detail job. The guy running it is extremely unprofessional and did not show up on time nor deliver my car on time with a 1 week window just to detail. When I went in, they were not wearing mask and I was treated rudely when I asked Victor to wear a mask. Even worse, there were a group of kids that were not employees running around maskless and nothing was covid friendly. The car was being worked on as I came at the time he requested for. The detailer was not wearing a mask either. I had to disinfect my car due to covid concerns Now for the worst part. He was charging me 700 dollars for what was suppose to be a 400 detail package with add ons. I told him I wasn't going to pay due to it not being on the agreed upon price. He immediately threatened to call the police on me. This is not how you do business. EDIT: I did not receive an invoice from Victor. Therefore I cannot post an invoice otherwise I would. Who is Notorious auto wraps? I work as a nurse. My name is on the review if you can open your eyes. DO NOT GO HERE OR DO BUSINESSS WITH VICTOR. Look at the accusations he has made under this review instead of trying to refund me or resolve the issue. This screams unprofessional.
Reza, is the best in the business. You will not find someone who gives your car more attention to detail. Every product he uses is from Germany. Although they cost more for him to use, they are more effective. He chooses them because he puts quality and the customer first.
This is by far, the best place to bring your car to be detailed. Reza and his team make sure that each corner of the car is cleaned, even small details such as the rails of the seat as well as the door glass rubber linings. They use state of the art cleaning tools, but also take the time to go in and manually clean hard to reach areas. He also uses cleaning agents that are of highest quality which don't contain chemicals that damage the interior of the car or your health, a variety of them imported from Germany directly. I was very amazed by the final result. It looked like I just purchased my car recently. He is well known amongst the luxury car owners community, and if you want have your car receive the best treatment, don't hesitate to give his shop a try.
