Beware of this company! Don't trust any of the reviews, definitely they have been written by friends. I booked a full detailing package: exterior, interior and engine. A young guy named Eric came over. That guy is a joke. There was no detailing as such. He washed the car with a dirty cloth and some shampoo. Put a lot of water everywhere, literally puddles of water. Interior and the engine were left dirty, tires and rims in awful condition. When the water dried out, all the car was simply dirty. I paid this crook $ 270. A waste of time and a total rip off. My lawyer suggested to spend a bit of time and take him / them to Small Claims Court. Anyway, beware of this company and this fella Eric. It"s a shame to do business this way! Igor ( Thornhill )

HORRIBLE DETAILING DO NOT USE THEM...I paid $250 and they barely shampood my seats, no dashboard, o roof, or door cleaning, no window cleaning at all!! No wash of the exterior or wheels. They even broke my window and made TONS of scratches and chips. The owner ignores your calls and the 2 kids he sends have no idea how to clean a car or what a $250 car clean package uncludes. Just horrible! DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!

Great experience! I have 3 kids so my car can get pretty dirty and I don’t have the time to clean it myself so I sent it to LuxDetails and they got it done fast and there was not even a spec of dust left. I am so grateful I found out about LuxDetails and have recommended it to all my family and friends.
