I especially want to highlight the cardiac sonographer Eleonora — she was incredibly efficient, gentle, and genuinely kind. I didn’t feel any pressure or discomfort during the exam, and the whole process was smooth and reassuring. I truly recommend this clinic. Made me extremely uncomfortable when I requested to keep my clothes on for privacy purposes. Insensitive and demeaning. Pressured me and I complied because I was nervous. I won't even go into specifics of what happened because it's so inappropriate. Then I find out from talking to others that remaining partially clothed is a VERY NORMAL request that a cardio place should be totally used to. I feel so grossed out. To be clear, it was ONE individual who behaved this way. I think she worked at the front desk, not entirely sure.
