I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The manager behaved in a highly unprofessional way. During the 20 minutes I waited for a simple order, she got into two loud arguments and used very inappropriate language. Her communication was unclear, and it was difficult to understand her. The staff also spoke to each other in another language, which made the environment even more uncomfortable. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and I cannot recommend this restaurant. I’m genuinely surprised that Popeyes would allow someone with such weak customer-service skills to manage this location. Truly an unpleasant experience.
The place was quite disorganized. They have three staff members, and one of them has a long beard that is not covered, which raises concerns about hygiene. The older lady working there was very rude and easily irritated, making it difficult to communicate with her. The food was also served very late, and when customers try to complain, they respond in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of respect for customers and such unprofessional service overall.
I visited this Popeyes location and had another disappointing experience. The girl wearing goggles at the counter was rude again, just like what happened 1 week ago on my last visit. Her attitude makes the whole visit uncomfortable, and I don’t understand how someone like that is working as a manager or in a customer-facing role. I really hope the store improves their customer service, because this is not acceptable.
DON’T EAT HERE!!! ALL 5-STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. I won’t eat here again unless the grocery store runs out of canned dog food. Here is an honest review of this establishment: Service: When I walked in, I was greeted by a unkept man wearing a tight and seemingly unwashed uniform. Serving food without a without a hair net for his beard .He begrudgingly took my order, then misled me into wasting 30 minutes of my life, despite promising it would only take 4. Eventually, he handed me a bag with three of the smallest tenders I have ever seen from a Popeyes—which happened to be undercooked and gooey. Cleanliness: When it comes to cleanliness, this restaurant has none. Neither the cook nor the person assembling the food was wearing a hair net, and the dining area was a mess, with napkins, sauce stains, and drink spillage all over the tables and floor. Food: The food was subpar, and small is an understatement. When spending close to $10 on a snack, you expect some level of satisfaction—however, that wasn’t the case. The tenders were miniature and not fully cooked, with a gooey, doughy batter. I also ordered spicy tenders but received regular ones. Overall Review: If you value yourself and your life, do not eat here. If you don’t care about money or personal health, please be my guest and enjoy your meal—but heed my warning: this location shouldn’t have the right to call themselves Popeyes. A 1-STAR REVIEW DOESN’T COMPARE TO THE COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION I FEEL AFTER LEAVING THIS ONE ESTABLISHMENT!!!
Was told 20mins and ended up waiting 45mins. Absolutely inefficient and terrible service. 10 piece meal also somehow only comes with 2 breast pieces? Don't waste your time or money.
When my husband was shopping in T&T, my son wanted to eat Popeyes. My husband gave a $20 bill to my son. My son went to the store to buy chicken by himself. After T&T shopping, my husband went to the store. My son gave my husband a $5 bill change. My husband found the $5 bill missing a part. Then they found the missing part was on the floor under the cashier counter. The cashier insisted my son broke a good bill. My husband said then let us look the video recording. They refused it. It is not about how much money. It is about they lied and bullied my son.
I rarely leave reviews but this location is convenient but the best is that new chicken nugget I've been addicted to it's always fresh and piping hot. Also love that they already know why I'm there , staff is lovely ,warm and friendly ! Don't you dare relocate this store !
