Wingstop next to the (inside Longo’s) was a joke. I waited 30+ minutes for an order of wings while employees who came after me got theirs immediately. Paying customers aren’t invisible—management, how will this be fixed next time?
Really really enjoyed the Wings and Fries and the Service was definitely top tier and very fast and responsive. The person who was out was very friendly and amazing. Thanks will come again for sure.
I only order off uber eats and everytime they make the food with extra care and are generous with their portions, they even wrote a heartfelt note in my order! 10/10 would recommend
I've ordered here a few times and the food is pretty good, but in my opinion the experience doesn't match how much I pay. The last time I ordered, my food came out late and I could see through the door that the workers were having an argument in the back. I ordered again today and the ranch wasn't sealed, the chicken doesn't have a lot of sauce on it, and they forgot to put my cutlery in the bag. The people at the pick up counter are nice at least.
Came for pickup today bee eats order the number provided is fake. And the doors were locked when arrived for pickup but maps showed open. Tried calling but the number provided is invalid. Really bad experience if you are picking for uber eats driver be aware not to pick orders as it will be closed.

From the moment I walked in, Shelly stood out as a true professional who takes pride in her work. She greeted every customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making us feel welcomed and appreciated — something that’s becoming increasingly rare in fast-casual dining. What really impressed me was Shelly’s attention to detail. She repeated my order back to me clearly to make sure everything was accurate , offered suggestions without being pushy, and even made sure to check if I had any dietary preferences or special requests. Her knowledge of the menu was top-notch — she helped me choose the perfect flavor combo, and it ended up being one of the best meals I’ve had at Wingstop. Throughout my visit, she managed the front counter with grace even during a mini rush. She remained calm, composed, and unfailingly polite, all while ensuring orders were moving efficiently. You could tell she genuinely cared about the customer experience, not just getting people in and out. To top it all off, she came around to the dining area just to check that everything was satisfactory — that small gesture alone speaks volumes about her commitment to customer care. Shelly is a prime example of what great service looks like. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my visit to Wingstop more than just a meal — it was an experience. I hope management recognizes the incredible asset they have in her, and I’ll definitely be returning to this location largely because of her excellent service.
