Great clinic . Dr. Kamilya is very professional and very knowledgeable, she take care of kids , spend time with parents and she make sure that the kid has great impression of each visit to encourage children to come back . Also the nurse Shanice is amazing nurse , very nice person . My daughter has 4 years old vaccine ( 2 needles) and the way she prepared the process was unbelievable. My daughter didn’t even feel the needle. Very professional, she knows what she is doing and obviously she loves her work . Highly recommended this clinic
Sent them an email because they WONT ACCEPT CALLS but it took them more than a month to reply. The other reviews are correct. Worst staff members. Admin need to evaluate their team.
Doctor Hershenfield really cares about the kids and even communicates with parents after hours. Even though we miss doctor Greenberg, doctor Hersherberg so far has created a really good impression on us.
The absolute worst clinic I have ever been to in my whole life. My children who are almost 12 and 10 had been going to this clinic since they were born. We were seeing Dr. Prabhu who moved to Maple Kids. When she moved, we were asked if we wanted to move to Maple Kids or if we wanted to stay with them. We told them we wanted to stay with them and we were transferred to Dr. Sudai. Dr. Sudai then moved to her clinic at Yonge and Eglinton and when I went to make an appointment for their annual check up, I was told that Dr. Sudai moved VIA EMAIL because they NEVER pick up the phone and IF they do, you have nothing but RUDE RECEPTIONISTS working there who are UNACCOMODATING and have NO HEART and ZERO empathy. It's almost like they don't even know what it's like to have children. I was told VIA EMAIL that I had to go see her at Yonge and Eglinton. I told her VIA EMAIL that I would like to continue going to them because Yonge and Eglinton is far. She said VIA EMAIL that they had no doctors that could take on my children and never responded back. I told her to please transfer my children to another doctor, PLEADED with her, because there are NO pediatricians that will accept my children at this age and NO RESPONSE. I called and they NEVER pick up the phone. Very seldom, they do, and when they do, you get nothing except cold-hearted conversation. It took me almost a year to get my child into a GP. They left us high and dry with no physician and zero medical care and ZERO regard for my children's well-being. Then, when I went to go see the new doctor, they asked for a file transfer from Thornhill Pediatrics. Lisa sent me an email asking me for $50 for each child! I called and spoke with Nadia trying to explain and of course, she doesn't take care of that area, she can't help, take a message, nor let ANYONE speak without cutting them off. I wanted them to understand that if they have ANY heart at ALL, to PLEASE send my children's files free of charge as THEY were the reason we had to look for a new doctor. This clinic is a money hungry clinic and they don't care about their patients. They talk about their patients behind their back and I know because I used to know one of them outside of the office, they never pick up the phone, they are EXTREMELY rude and they don't care about your children. Do not go to this clinic. The worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with in my whole life. Worst experience. They will treat your child like a number and not a human being. If there was a list of the worst doctor's clinics in the world, they would be at the top of the list. Disgusted by this clinic. Absolutely disgusted.
I am echoing other reviews about unprofessional and rude support staff. All communication is happening via email only, they intentionally do not answer calls. Email communication is very brief, lacking even a basic greeting line. It was my daughter’s paediatric clinic since her birth. We have never had a permanent paediatric doctor at this place. Our last doctor moved her practice somewhere else like all previous doctors, this clinic failed to find a replacement. That’s when I asked for an appointment raising concerns with my daughter’s health. Rather than suggesting a place to go or at lest offer some referrals, their rude support staff told us to find a new doctor by a two word message sent by email. I guess if doctors do not take any action dealing with unprofessionalism at their business place, their support staff behaviour is welcomed and rewarded. In short, after 16 years we were dumped like a garbage via email.
Terrible service. No confirmation of appointment provided in writing. No one attends to the telephone. Appointments are back to back for less than 20 mins. After driving down 37 kms for the appointment on being 10 mins late due to unforeseen early rush hour traffic told had to resched appointment. No consideration given 1. 37 km drive 2. Had to pull kid out of school for appointment 3. It was rush hour morning traffic 4. Had to take half day off from work for appointment 4. Most importantly didnt even get the 10 mins off the 20 scheduled time 5. Having waited an hour and a half to be accommodated. In 12 years living in this Country having used paediatric service to date 3 time for my 2 kids having to pay the highest taxes this is what one gets. Dr Kamalia its a shame you or this clinic is allowed to serve.
Best doctors and clinic system in Canada I have experienced in my whole life living here. Clinic itself is very outdated, but it's Canada so can't expect too much. Email booking, fast replies, no BS, efficient clinic and nice doctors. I wish I can be there patient myself.
