I have received a gift card from my son for a 45 min massage . Was looking forward to 45 min of relaxing but in return I could hear a fulll conversation from the respsionists outside the room. Sound was not what I was expecting. Although the massage was good but I asked to focus on feet and hands more seeing I'm constantly on my feet 12 hours a day and use my hands for serving . My massage was cut short by 10 min . The respionist didn't mention to arrive 5min early to fill out forms so it was used towards my massage time , also the gentleman that gave me the massage finished 4min earlier then he should have . I wouldn't recommend this spot . Slightly disappointed on what I really went in for. I had to mention to please also focus on my fingers . The foot massage was barley looked after .
Working with Monique to rehab my torn shoulder and have nothing but positive experiences! I hate the idea of having surgery and I love a professional who wants to avoid that option if it’s possible. I’ve been treated really well here and am continuing to trust them with this process :)
I have seen Min-Kuk already 3 times to get a massage. I wish I could say something negative about him so that appointment times would always be available for myself, but unfortunately, that would be untrue. He is really good at what he does and I would strongly recommend him. Keep up the good work Min-Kuk.
I am so happy with Dr. Rakkar ‘s hair product and treatment with acupuncture. Before I met Dr.Rakkar I had lost a lot of hair and my anxiety was very bad and I had very low self-esteem . I had a very good talk with Dr.Rakkar and she brought up my spirits and my self-esteem , her talks made me proud of who I am and her treatments have resulted in something I thought would never happen! My hair is growing back, there is proof if anyone wants to see and her product and treatment truly works. Dr.Rakkar is not only a doctor but a friend and someone who can relate to my experience through this hair loss journey. Thank you Dr Rakkar you are truly an inspiration.
After reading the description of this clinic I would not recommend this to any of my friends or family. A wellness centre that promotes healthy living says they are following the guidelines of public health. Does this clinic believe that restricting the flow of air in and out of your lungs healthy? Would I have to wear a mask to have a massage? Or chiropractic help? If so then this isn’t a wellness clinic and I wouldn’t step foot inside.
I absolutely DO NOT recommend going to this place if you're a minority, black race to be exact. The disgusting service I received there has me infuriated. I walked in for my appointment and the lady at the front desk did not greet me (she was on the phone), it takes nothing to look up at a PAYING CUSTOMER, smile, and give them some sort of acknowledgement that they exist. The Doctor there is no better. As soon as I walked in she was washing her hands, saw me, said absolutely nothing and still had me wait an extended period before even coming out to the reception desk, still no greeting to me. This situation upsets me entirely as I have witnessed white clients walk in and receive prompt respectful service. Chiropractors are everywhere in Woodbridge, I will go elsewhere. Customer service is very important in this day and age and only the strong will survive this pandemic. Any business that promotes racist behaviour should not be in business, period. I will be reporting to the BBB.
Doctor Rakkar is an awesome Chiropractor. I see her on a regular basis and she has been beneficial in the continuance of my quality of life. I have several physical issues and without her help I would be having much difficulty in getting through the day. Her bedside manner is very professional and she takes the utmost care in determining the issues and finding the best resolutions for the problems. I would highly recommend her as a top notch Chiropractor.
