I haven been going to this place for over 3 years now and always get the cleanest and freshest clothes back no matter how bad the stains were (silks, leather, linens etc…). I trust the owner 200% and can always rely on her. Never got a single item ruined… which is hard to find around this area. I recommend this place to everyone!!
Dry cleaned my suit and a dress shirt. I also asked for an alteration on the pants which unfortunately was not done. I had to leave the pants behind for another few days to get them fixed. This is not ideal and it makes me wonder how the business ensures the quality of their service when these kind of mistakes go unnoticed. Edit: Issue addressed. The owner is very humble and understanding. They apologized for the mistake. Hopefully this issue was a one-off.
I am very upset, my Prada bucket hat has shrunk, of before it was loose, now it doesn’t fit my head at all. The hat material itself is now wrinkly and rough, even worse than when I got it in store. The bag came back more ‘dirty’ than it was, the stains I asked for were removed but new ones appeared around the perimeter of a whole bag. I feel as though they didn’t know how to handle the material (both bag and hat were from the same). It’s my fault for giving in expensive stuff, but I though that that’s why there are professional instances. To say that I’m upset is to say nothing. :(((((((
Horrible dry cleaning place. Poor customer service. Jacket taken in for cleaning and came back with 2 stains. Owner said first stain was removed but it wasn't and second one ruined the entire jacket. Do not bring any of your clothes here as you will deal with rude and unethical people. There business is based on getting you in and out ASAP and not cleaning your clothes. AVOID at all costs .
the only dry cleaner I have visited that makes sure all the stains have come out the really important part also is that they give you an amazing customer service. I spoke to Josh and he was amazing!
