Vibe is the best local roaster in the area. The coffee stays fresh with consistent flavor. The espresso has steady crema and balanced acidity. Strongly recommend Vibe if you want solid coffee and reliable service.
Not sure what's going on here, but I bought a bag of Vibe coffee beans from a Winner's store in AB, and the beans are terrible. They don't taste fresh and tasted bitter. No better than the other "Italian" beans carried by Winners. I thought being roasted domestically the beans are supposed to be fresher. Not sure why this isn't the case. Maybe the operators here can provide an explanation. Anyway I'm unlikely to purchase another bag given countless other options available.

It was perfect — a soft kiss of sweetness, expertly frothed, like sipping on a cloud spun by angels. And then... the stirrings. A low, unmistakable churn from within. I excused myself politely, unaware that I was walking into battle. What happened in that bathroom can only be described as catastrophic. A symphony of regret. A betrayal of physics. And the smell… it hit with the force of a Greek tragedy. I opened the window. I lit a match. I prayed. But it was no use. The scent crept into the hallway like a shameful ghost. I emerged from the bathroom like a soldier returning from war — pale, disoriented, emotionally unmoored. I prepared to flee. I considered changing my name and leaving the country. Picked up a pack of beans here on a whim only to be met with friendly passionate staff. The beans produced top tier espresso with some of the nicest crema! Will definitely be returning.
Happened across Vibe Coffee at Winners in Vancouver, B.C. Hadn't heard of it before. Bought Dark & Smoky. Absolutely delicious coffee!! Rushed back and bought another bag, 2lb. this time and a 1lb bag as a gift.
