Timelines were met, and all our wants and needs were taken into consideration. Diego totally understood our vision and worked with us to make it happen. End product is just what we wanted. Harmony Basements provided friendly, efficient and professional services. They finished my basement which included adding an egress window and bathroom. My experience with each team member was positive. Pablo created the plan, which he shared over a video conference with me so we were both clear on his proposal and my requests. Stefany in the decor centre was knowledgeable, helpful and didn't pressure me to spend above my budget. Diego and Roy answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I may have had. Roy ensured the work progressed as scheduled (the only delay was getting the permit itself- nothing to do with the company) and was there to check on the quality and progress. His recommendations were reasonable and appreciated. Communication was clear and quick. I felt heard, understood and ultimately very comfortable with the entire project. The Harmony Basements team is excellent to work with. And I love the finished product!
I did feel that my basement cost ended up being more than what I had planned for, but I feel going with harmony turned out to be a good decision. They have been professsional , on time, well managed and have high quality of materials and work. I love spending time in my basement now, and I feel it turned out to be a great investment.
