It's quite rude and inappropriate when the employees speak to each other in a foreign language in front of patients. And it doesn't help when you tell them something and they answer in another way because they can't comprehend the English language.
The reviews are true and I wish I read them sooner. I would not recommend this location for an ultrasound during pregnancy! At 9w1d I came in for my first ultrasound after graduating from my fertility clinic. Ali was the technician, and although she was very kind and patient, according to her measurements I was measuring 9 days behind (7w6d). Later that night I got a concerning phone call from my doctor about these measurements. For the next 6 days I was in a complete panic and started preparing for the worst. Today I went back and I saw another technician. She was great. Her name was Parisa I think, she assured me I was in good hands and surprisingly I’m now measuring right on time (10 weeks)! Either my baby more than doubled in size in 6 days (extremely unlikely) or my first scan was way off. I won’t be coming back again, seems like many people have different experiences depending on who your tech is. Slight variation is understandable, but this was a huge oversight.
I went in for a dating pregnancy ultrasound. I was shown the screen and the technician was able to tell us some information and then my fiance was aloud in to view as well. We even got a picture to take home. Good experience. They were only 10mins late so wasnt bad at all
Ali provided the BEST service ever! She was was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Everything was explained clearly, and she made me feel comfortable during the entire time. Highly recommend!!
made an appointment for 1:20, confirmed it twice, came in at 1:12 ready to go and the receptionist lies to my face saying my appointment was at 1:40, knowing damn right she messed up whatever order these appointments were in and we’re letting others who came here after us go. I get it if you made a mistake but to lie to my face about it? zero professionalism at this place
Outstanding service! We visited Ontario Diagnostic Imaging in Woodbridge without an appointment, and the lady at the reception (a white lady, unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and managed to schedule an appointment right away. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. Exceptional customer service — thank you for making the experience so smooth and pleasant!
How do they pass standards!? Went for an xray with my very young son. So I had to be in the xray area with him to keep him from getting upset. Was not offered a lead apron. And my son had his xray without an apron either. I was unaware he was going to take the picture as rushed as he did, otherwise I would've spoken up. Thank you ODC for irradiation both of our sensitive organs unnecessarily
