It used to be better, now there are not so many things and they have everything on shelves with higher prices, and on the counter. It was great when on Wednesdays everything was at the same price including the shelf
I loved this store very much, but with the appearance of the last employees of the store, everything became very bad. Prices come up randomly. Constantly a mess. Goods that have not been sold on expensive days are cleaned and exhibited again on Saturday. There is no interest in hunting. Many regular customers have gone to other stores. I am very sorry that the original idea of the store has lost its value.
Nice store with friendly staff and with enough patience and time you find some gems here but I wish they dealt with Saturdays better. They have a ticket system where the first 15 people get a ticket and get first pick for new items behind the counter. This particular Saturday, I lined up around 9:15 and there were three people already in line, about 20 minutes go by and their families come and cut in. There's a reason I came early, there's a reason there's a line. I understand maybe letting one person through but more than that, no.
Absolutely terrible service. The staff started harassing my child just because they didn’t like the way he placed something. One of the employees even tried to grab him by the arm! As a woman, I had to step in between them to stop it. After that, several men came over, yelling at us and aggressively pushing me out of the store. This was by far the most disgusting and unacceptable customer service I have ever experienced. P.S. It felt like some staff members have a personal interest in certain items and deliberately start conflicts when a customer picks up something they want for themselves.
Don’t waste your time here! This is by far the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever encountered. They yell at you for no reason and show no understanding of basic manners or how to behave in a civil society. I’m not even sure they have the proper permits to work in Canada.
Bought 3 products. Out of that one was really used and Had a pungent smell when I opened it. It’s a hit or a miss, at least they could check what they are selling. Everyone knows the concept of Liquidation stores but giving acceptable products is the least we could accept.
Great store, Interesting concept. Bought all of that for only $100+ tax definitely recommend to visit and the prices get lower everyday durning the week.
