Your place in queue is not respected. I asked for any doctor just for my son to be attended the soonest. They assigned us to a particular one while 3 people who arrived after us were attended by a different doctor before us.
The middle-aged receptionist at this walk-in clinic is consistently rude and unprofessional. Every time I come in, she seems miserable and makes patients feel like we’re bothering her just by being there. She speaks abruptly, gives attitude without reason, and is quick to dismiss people without clear communication. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, but this feels like an ongoing issue. Her energy is very off-putting, and it creates a hostile atmosphere in a place where people are already coming in stressed or unwell. It’s hard to understand how someone with such a consistently negative attitude is still in a patient-facing role. I hope management takes this seriously, because patients deserve to be treated with basic respect and kindness.
The doctor mixed up my records with another patient, appeared very rushed, and failed to verify or confirm key information even though I asked to. This left me concerned about the quality and safety of the care I received.
I went to see Dr Sharma with a radiology report from a hospital. She barely looked at it and told me everything was fine. Later that same day, the hospital called me urgently to return for another biopsy. The report clearly indicated a high risk for cancer and recommended further investigation. It was devastating to realize that such a serious finding had been ignored. This kind of negligence could have delayed life-saving care. Patients deserve doctors who take their time, read the full report, and act responsibly. I would not trust this doctor with anything beyond a common cold.
good doctor, bad receptionist. the receptionist should be fired due to their consistent laziness, unprofessionalism, being unable to organize and schedule things, and lying about booking appointments. extremely frustrating.
Nurse Shiela is always professional, knowledgeable, caring and everything I think a great Nurse should be. She has been providing great medical services for years. The doctors here are also really great. Grateful for their team. Dr. Rotundo and Dr. Meglis are two of the best doctors I’ve ever met. I’m born in Canada and over my almost 40 years in the GTA/ Vaughan these doctors have ALWAYS professionally, delivered medical advice/ diagnoses etc. that I wholeheartedly trust. No wonder the office is always busy when they are working. I am beyond grateful to know they are doctors who truly care.
Never go to this clinic! Especially do not make Sharma your Filmily doctor. No appointments are available, just walk in, and rude reception. Doctor Sharma does not listen to you, she is too young and has not much experience. Waiting time is up to 2 hours, and she really does not listen to you, she just follows a schema in her head and her med school knowledge, but she does not see real people with real problem. I will try to find another Family doctor as soon as possible.
