Best costumer service ever! Got a beautiful dress from them for my mom, Maddalena was our stylists. She was so patient with us and so helpful. Also talk about being clean, punctual and just lovely. Great experience overall. Also they have a huge collection of beautiful dresses that are high quality. The fact that they are seamstress helps too bc they can give you real feedback on how to modify the dress to better fit you.
Antoinette and her team were absolutely stellar for my mother.....the mother of the bride. My mother has mobility needs requiring her to be in a wheelchair most of the time. The pursuit of finding an elegant outfit for my wedding for her , at numerous high end retailers , was discouraging and exhausting. Not much was available to help my mother., by employees or owners. Antoinette has years of high skill level of dress making....from scratch and with amazing fabrics . Fabrics are breathtaking. The store and team such as this, are becoming rare. We consider ourselves very lucky. My mother looked fantastic on my wedding day and felt good about herself. Our guests reinforced this sentiment. Blessings to the team.
I drove 4 hours and it was worth it to visit Antoniette Catenacci Haute Couture for the perfect Mother of the Groom dress. From the moment we walked in, I felt at ease and excited. Nuno, our stylist, is exceptional and gifted-he listened, understood, and intuitively guided me through a stunning selection of elegant, chic dresses, making the experience fun, effortless, and completely personalized. The dress fits perfectly, and I left feeling confident, cared for, and thrilled. If you want more than just a dress-an unforgettable, stress-free experience-this boutique is it.
I was a little nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, but my experience was a 11/10.. Nuno was my stylist - I had been looking for a dress for my daughter’s wedding for months.. he was beyond helpful, listened, offered me fantastic suggestions and ended up picking the dress of my dreams. It was something I would normally never try on but I loved it. He was not pushy, he was fun and I would highly recommend him and the selections at this boutique.
Would not recommend: I spent thousands of dollars on two dresses for my daughters wedding and was so disappointed, the alterations were terrible and the one dress began to fall apart 1 hour into the wedding and had to be changed out of. General atmosphere of this place was not great and the customer service was awful. I will note that when I sent them pictures of the dress basically unraveling they did get back to me in about 2 weeks and did offer to give me the $350 for partial alterations back which I declined as the customer service was so awful I really did t want anything to do with them again.
Today we visited the boutique to find dress for my mother and we had the pleasure to work with Nuno… Nuno offered as an incredible Service.. He is knowledgeable and very professional… Thank you so much Nuno!
I wish I could give this dress shop 10 stars!! My mom and I had the most wonderful experience here. After viewing many shops we have found nothing has compared to the selection and customer service that is given at Antoniette’s.
