Since the Center is close to my place is one of the biggest advantages. I became distracted in listening part due to the noise comes from central heater into headphones. That was the only problem, I think.
I took my CELPIP test on at this test center, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience overall. To start, the location was difficult to find, so I strongly recommend arriving timely to avoid last-minute stress. The test room was very small, with only about 10 seats, making the space feel tight and uncomfortable. While the staff were professional, they were not friendly — in fact, some of them were quite rude. There was no welcoming attitude, and the communication felt cold and dismissive, which only added to the anxiety of an already high-pressure exam. The security measures were extremely excessive. We were required to: • Lift our pants to show socks and shoes, • Empty all pockets and show them, • Uncover long hair, • Unfold cuffs, • Remove any neck chains, • And even show behind our eyeglasses. I have never seen this level of scrutiny at any other test center. It felt intrusive and unnecessary. Even worse, water bottles were not allowed at your desk. You had to leave them on a shared table without labels, and walk over to drink water during your break — a very inconvenient system during such a focused test. In summary, the unfriendly staff, cramped room, excessive security, and strict rules made my CELPIP test experience very stressful. I hope future candidates are treated with more courtesy and comfort.
I definitely do not recommend this place. It was the first time since living in this country that someone denied me accommodations, the staff is certainly not trained or certified in AODA and it shows. Their AC was also broken and only had one tiny fan for the whole room making us feel suffocated because of the heat. These two factors obviously made taking the test much more difficult. CELPIP/IELTS should regulate these places more thoroughly.
I had a horrible experience here, yesterday. One of the lady who gives instructions is EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL . I do not know her name. But I am going to sue her. She literally raised her voice at me so many times INFRONT OF EVERYONE . She has no manners how to talk to other people. She should not be working anywhere where communication is involved. I was so furious yesterday, but I kept my calm. I ask IELTS to take action against this lady. I will be filling an offiicial complaint against her as well. I feel bad for people who have to deal with her on daily basis.
I went to this location to take my IELTS exam. The experience was amazing. Ishaan and Kulbir were very helpful. They were kind and tended to any needs I had. The only thing that could have been better was the keyboard space.

Imagine how stressful an exam day would be, time it by usual headache and minor incidents that at that very day feels not minor at all… and then those guys made sure everything flows as smooth as possible for every test taker. Nice test centre with calm atmosphere. Ishan & Kulbir, the staff at the centre are very welcoming and friendly, made my test experience great. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to book IELTS. Test centre is on 2nd floor and the entrance is beside JungSooNe Bonga(Korean restaurant). All the best.
