Ordered replacement TV stand legs. Worked fine with no issues. I appreciate that they called to double check my model number to ensure compatibility. Probably lots of people buying incompatible parts and then complaining about it. Was fast delivery too.
Buyer Beware. They do not take faulty parts back. I had a Panasonic plasma with a 1-blink error code. I ordered the correct replacement A-board (3 stars for having the part and shipping quickly) which brought the TV back to life. However, the HDMI ports on the "new" board were all dead and the TV was useless to me. It was the correct repair but the board itself was faulty. I made 2 phone calls and sent an email but i'm still stuck with a TV I can't use....and out the money I paid to fix it.
Bought a part supposed to have been tested to work. It didn't. Returned for a refund and it was promptly refunded. Unfortunately, it caused me $22 to return the part and still waiting for a response to my request to cover this amount of postage. Not my fault it had to be returned and not fair for me to have to cover the return postage!
Noel and his team were super helpful. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with our TV within an hour with a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them. It's worth bringing your TV here, as people often throw their TVs away and buy a new one. However, you can easily get it fixed and continue using it rather than supporting possible planned obsolescence schemes.

Had exactly the part that I needed at a really good price (better than some used listings on other sites). Part was shipped quickly, packaged extremely well and had my LG TV back up and running after installation. Very satisfied and would definitely use in the future.
I ordered a TV power supply board online and I was sent a faulty board. I phoned the store(gave all my info) and I was told they would pass the info on to the technician and call me back. They never called back and I sent multiple emails and still no response. All I want is my money back for the faulty board. 0% costumer service from an online order, online buyers beware. I would gladly remove this post if they would help me out.
