Left bad review earlier because of bad tracking #, I received exactly what I ordered in the specified delivery time, very happy with the purchase and the service.
After being quoted north of $1200 from the dealership from a technician that questioned why I even wanted the work done, I brought my JEEP 2022 Manual Transmission Wrangler in to get a remote start installed. These guys at BASS know exactly what they are doing. Friendly and non condescending (unlike the dealership), they did the job properly at way way way less the price quoted from the dealership. I was told it was guaranteed for life & I believe him. You can't go wrong.
I was so ecstatic to get an otherwise sold-out speaker from them, only to be shocked by a very poorly packaged unit (box thrown into another box with no padding whatsoever) and over $65 in tariffs fees because they chose to ship UPS to the US without any forewarning. I could have been my own broker had I taken some paperwork to an office nearby, but they chose the lazy thing and I got stuck with the bill. I want to love my speaker clarity, but the audio sounds "boxy"--like something got jostled inside. I have no way of knowing for sure, but had the speaker just been shipped more securely I would be more sure. Overall, I got the impression that Bass Electronics has a bunch of bums working there who don't do more than the bare minimum. I suggest avoiding them and getting your items from a more reputable company instead!
This is honestly ridiculous. You took my money and didn’t even deliver the right product. Your customer service is completely useless — no one takes responsibility, and all I get are excuses. If this is how you treat paying customers, it’s shameful. I’m not going to let this go until I get what I paid for or my money back. They have the worst customer service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! I WILL WRITE IN ANOTHER REVIEW ABOUT THE WHOLE STORY WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED!
This place is awesome !!! They supplied and installed a remote starter and it works like a charm. They also have just about any and every electronic you could need and the staff are very knowledgable. Conveniently located, highly recommend a visit here for any and all electronic needs. Thanks Jazz
No customer service and no return policy here. I have to follow up with them for 3 weeks for a return and still haven't received clear answer. Once they get your money you won't see them or hear them. They will hide and keep quiet. waist of money and time...checking the owner responses to the bad reviews below all I can see is bragging about themselves, I don't see any apology
