Worst business to take out a warranty with. The owner Mo does not respond to emails, phone calls or text messages. They do not honor the service that they advertise and take forever to provide the service. Had to make a complaint against them with the BBB. Horrible service providers. Beware of any mobile provider that uses this business for warranties.
Too lazy to do a warranty repair. I called about a repair for my tablets screen, I purchased it in August of last year. Samsung asked to see a copy of my bill to confirm that it was still under warranty, it was only 10 months ago so I still had 2 months left. They referred me to this place, I called to set up a appointment and the guy that responded sounded like he had no idea what he was doing, he took my serial number and said he had to call me back in 10 min to see if it was still under warranty. He called back 2 hours later to say my warranty was up in April, and it doesn’t matter when I bought it. He either has no idea what he’s doing, or maybe Samsung doesn’t pay him enough. So I reported them to Samsung
Ron was great. Repair Medics is authorized by Samsung to fix their phones. He's very friendly and up front. Took him less than an hour to repair my phone screen (in contrast, other independent shops were charging me more money with a longer repair time). Would definitely go back again.

Great and quick service with an affordable price. My phones wifi chip stopped working and they fixed it in a day. Other places were quoting $250 but they fixed it for $150. They also installed a new screen protector for free!
