The people here are amazing. The front desk lady Denise is extremely friendly and helpful. I then got Nicole Simmons to help me with all that I needed. Every question she answered and even helped me have proper answers for questions that will be asked me. Infact, Nuha Khan the staff, she's so amazing, she was always there assisting in all, right from the day I stepped in the office till successful appointment and every other staffs as well, from the general manager and other staffs. They took the time to understand my goals, tailoring their advice and resources accordingly. Not recommended: Unfortunately, serious job seekers and career-minded clients are overlooked in this centre's processes. As a publicly, government funded organization, all clients accessing these types of services deserve equal priority and service quality. This centre does not meet that gold standard of exceptional client service, and it is highly overrated.
I was applying for a job with the City of Toronto, and I really appreciated how Next-Steps Employment Centre helped me every step of the way! I would like to give a huge shoutout to Mr. Rodney Scott, who would check in with me every day to see how things were going during the application process, and he would always be there to answer my questions and to give me the support I needed to move along the process.
