I would not recommend Bridal Solutions Inc. for any event. We hired them for décor on our wedding day, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. Our invoice and vision board clearly reflected what we asked for, yet what was delivered on the day fell far short of expectations. After raising our concerns directly with the company, we were met with excuses and arguments rather than accountability. Phrases like “I understand you’re upset but…” did little to help. Rose had always been kind in earlier interactions, but once we voiced our dissatisfaction, her tone shifted noticeably. Key issues included: Poor communication both internally and externally Décor that did not match the invoice or agreed vision Inability to follow timelines A dismissive attitude that felt like gaslighting We cannot change our wedding day, but we can share our experience to help others make informed decisions. Based on what we went through, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your event needs.
I was in absolute tears when I saw my venue! They were happy tears of course. When meeting Rose for the initial consult, she heard my vision and understood what I was looking for. Through the course of the months of planning, my husband and I had realized that we had to change our vision a bit due to our budget. My wedding decor/florals was a smaller budget (under 6k). I found the pricing for the florals to be comparable to other florists within my region, however I decided to stick with Rose because she made me feel supported and her work was high quality. Rose was at the venue completing set up when I arrived which I appreciated as I felt since I was a low budget wedding it may not be worth her time. That just shows how much Rose truly cares about every wedding she is hired for. I will forever remember this day and how beautiful & perfect it was. Thank you Rose & Kim and the rest of the team for helping me in my decision making during the wedding planning process. You were an integral part of creating a day I will forever look back on with happy tears and gratitude in my heart. Thank you thank you thank you!!

On the big day, Allison and Alessia were absolute rockstars!! As our day-of coordinators, they managed every detail behind the scenes and ensured everything ran on time and according to plan. Absolutely disappointed!! Not only with her ridiculous pricing!!! but the way they treat people. Make promises they can't keep and over all just super unprofessional! Happy we were able to find someone else to fix their mistakes and take over our event! DO NOT BOOK!
