The employees were very friendly, let me look around the showroom and take pictures. Micheal, a sales rep offered me a tour of the building, showed me some beautifully specced vehicles and gave me tid bits of info about the brand. I had a sceptical perception of Ferrari and it’s employees beforehand but this experience turned that to a positive one. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

I’ve ordered parts for my car here twice now. The first experience was lack lustre to say the least an older gentleman who I spoke to on the phone twice lacked patience with helping me find the correct part and I got the vibe that he didn’t want to be handling the transaction. Ferrari has a questionable rep for catering to consumers who aren’t bending over backwards to buy their newest cars. The second time was a complete different story, the part I came for was even harder to find and a younger gentleman and the friendly lady at the parts counter did everything to make the transaction smooth. I visited Auto Park Circle yesterday morning with the goal of taking exotic car photos for my young nephew, having never been to a Ferrari dealership before. I approached the receptionist, Mary, who kindly informed me that I was welcome to look around and take photos with my phone. She even offered refreshments, which was a nice touch. Mary provided additional information and invited me to check out the service garage area, enhancing my experience further. From a non-owner's perspective, my visit to Ferrari Maserati of Ontario was extremely positive. The staff treated me with respect and made me feel valued. In contrast, my experience at the neighboring building Alfa Romeo was not as welcoming. My nephew loved the photos of the Ferraris and Maseratis, and your dealership made both our days special. I hope to bring him back one day to see these incredible vehicles in person. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
