Avoid working with pure events at all costs. They got most of our wedding florals wrong after signing with them almost 2 years in advance. The florals received did not resemble the inspo photos at all. This was after months of not receiving a response from them and then continuous back and forth when they sent us portfolios and quotes with several errors. They add fees at random amounts. Working with Roseanne was a nightmare. After months of headache and worry, they still got it all wrong. Having to work with pure events out of contract with Eaton hall allows them to take advantage of clients and treat people however they feel. They truly do not care about you and customer service is non existent. Decor is obviously a large part of a wedding and we had a vision in mind. This was not fulfilled by pure events due to errors in their portfolios and lack of attention to detail. Needless to say- all brides should run from working with pure events. Working with them truly RUINED the look of my wedding and the overall planning experience. They caused so much undue stress. Pay whatever you can to avoid working with them. After they admitted to their errors, they refunded 50% of one of the areas they got wrong. A fraction of the total price I paid. I plan to post my whole review across social media platforms to help other brides.
This is a very late post - but my fiancé and I got married in October 2024. Flowers were the one thing that my mom was VERY insistent on. Anna met with us, and was able to create exactly what we were looking for. She exceeded my expectations, and was very honest about what would be best for my budget. She is so funny and caring, I loved working with her! She even added last-minute florals because I miscounted how many tables I had! Haha Only thing was that on the day of the wedding, one of our flower girls’ bouquet/crown was missing… it turned out okay, because the other flower girls shared her crown. But other than that, amazing experience!
Just celebrated my wedding on August 10th, and thanks to Rosanne at Pure Event Design it was a great success! From flowers to decor everything was stunning! I couldn't be any happier with how things turned out. Would recommend using them in a heartbeat!
If you book an event with Peter and Paul’s, then you are forced to use this company for any chair upgrades and aren’t allowed to use any other vendor for chairs, even though all the other vendors I reached out to charged almost half of what this company charges. Good customer service is non-existent so don’t expect to get treated well. I had a very difficult time contacting the person that was assisting me with chair upgrades (Amanda) and received a ton of unnecessary attitude. They don’t appreciate your business and don’t deserve it either.
Exceptional service!!! The team at Pure Event Design was absolutely helpful, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. Picking party favours was a breeze with the help of Jordyn, Chiara and Alex. My order was placed over the phone. The finished product was absolutely stunning! I now ordered my daughter's Confirmation party favours too!! Thanks again ladies!! See you soon! Pina

She was so easy to speak, very professional and knowledgeable. She provided her expertise and attention to detail, as well as made connecting with and sourcing vendors so easy. She was available for calls/texts to secure exactly what we wanted. She even made the effort to visit our event site on the morning of our wedding to ensure everything was delivered and to our liking. We cannot say enough good things about her and Pure Event Design.
