Megan and Greg were amazing! Really love this place. Stumbled upon it on Saturday as I wanted to replace sofa cushion foam. I had no idea what I was looking for but this place was the second of two that I called. They went above and beyond and were warm and generous. I recommend this place. Kinda far from home but I think it’s really worth it for me anyway. They offered me great suggestions and saved me some dollars. The foam options are extensive. Thanks again folks! Sofa has sentimental value to family and it looks like new. (It’s kinda a surprise)
Foamite did an excellent job replacing the foam in my sofa cushions. Their prices were very reasonable, the whole process was simple and straightforward, and I was extremely pleased to have everything completed within just a few days. My sofa feels brand new again—highly recommend!

I purchased an organic Dunlop latex mattress topper from Foamite today, and couldn't be more ecstatic with the quality of the product, service, and experience. My mattress is as hard as a rock and I desperately needed a topper due to constant pain when I wake up. Everywhere I searched, organic latex toppers were upwards of $500 and I had to wait at least 2 weeks for delivery. I called Foamite this morning and Lou was patient, carefully explaining everything to me and suggesting the best topper. Because Foamite is direct from factory, I also paid a very reasonable price for an item that is very difficult to make and is of premium quality. Lou even helped me carry the item to my car, stating "i know you're able to carry this, but I'm going to help you because it's part of our exceptional service here." I really appreciated the humor and yes, the topper was heavy :). The item is exactly the same as premium toppers and just laying on it felt like heaven. Thank you Foamite!
Greg and the team are incredible. We visited Foamite to select foam for our outdoor patio furniture. Greg was great at helping us narrow down our choices. He is very knowledgeable and patient. We ordered 5" foam and when we got it home and tested it on ghe actual chair, it was too think. We brought the cushions back to have 1" cut from the height. They were great about doing it and the cushions fit perfectly! We highly recommend Foamite! Thank you, Greg!
Update: Post my original review the owner reached out to me and apologized for the low quality of service and would address this with future new hire training. He also offered a credit for the rework that was done. The fact that the owner is willing to work on improving customer service shows and therefore I’ve update the star rating as well. Original review: Service quality has gone down. Don’t shop here! Since 2017 we’ve purchased 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double and 2 twin mattresses. Over this time we’ve had our queen mattress reworked due to sagging issue. Recently, I called to find out the process of doing the same for our sagging king mattress. I was told to send an email and it should take a few days. Few days turned into many days due to them being short staffed. I called saying I can drop off the mattress and they have 10 days to fix it. I was told on the Tuesday that I dropped it off that I should know by Friday on what next steps are. I get an email the following Wednesday with a ridiculous price to “rework” the mattress or upgrade to a latex hybrid. Oh and I only have 2 days to give them a response before they close for a weeks. This service from June 27 to July 22 was slow, disappointing, cost me way more than I expected and did not stand behind the brand and reputation I once knew Foamite to stand for. I will be in the market for 4-5 mattresses next year and will not be going back to Foamite. Looking for recommendations for other foam manufacturers.
