Very efficient service! Our furnace was down due to the failure of heat exchanger in the morning. We found Husky on Costco’s page, called them and got everything ready by noon time, and they drove to Oakville at 4pm with a brand new furnace. Very professional service, and all the installation was done less than 4 hours. They saved us on a very cold day, and we can finally sleep in a warm and safe house.
The installer named Francisco and his colleague were great. Even rolled out floor protectors for wood floors. I have never seen such attention to detail and clean work from any trades person. Highly recommend. No high pressure sales tactics from Dimitri. Just a good price with clear explanation of what I need it and why I need it. Pleasure to deal with. Will be a repeat customer, but in 20 years when I need another furnace.
We shopped around a little before deciding on Husky and they did a great job. Very professional and basically everything was done on the same day despite us having an old home that required some smart thinking to get the installation completed. The new furnace is much quieter and heats the house better. Well done Husky!

There duct cleaning services is a complete rip off. Guys come for 1 hr with old beat up equipment giving the appearance of activity but negative results. They blow dust around leave dust from ducts all over in basement and on main floors. I would give it a -1 because its worse then before they came. Lowest score allowed is 1 but its really -1.
