Overall I had a good experience.only douse was that shipment came very late. But Abdul has been very communicative and patiently replied back to my questions. I found all products exactly the same what we ordered
We ordered couches from these people 2 months ago with the promise they’d be here within two months. We even waited an extra three weeks from the promised date and finally when we went to pick it up it wasn’t our order at all. They said we were rude and to just take our money and leave.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Silk Furniture. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered—completely unhelpful and dishonest. They lied about the delivery time multiple times, and what was promised in a few weeks dragged on for months with no proper updates. To make matters worse, they promote a warranty that they have no intention of honoring. When my furniture developed issues that were clearly not caused by physical damage, they immediately blamed me and refused to help. It's their go-to excuse to avoid taking any responsibility. This company is a scam. They mislead customers and dodge accountability at every turn. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from Silk Furniture. Save your money and your time—shop elsewhere.
I bought couches from Silks Canada, After one week I can already feel and see the bad and low quality it has, Pls everyone don't waste ur money, I believe they are fraudsters doing buisness by lying and making money, this is super bad quality for the price u pay. I never recommend anyone to buy these cheap and bad quality furniture.
Shafi provided great customer service and was very patient. We purchased a sofa seat. It was delivered on time in perfect condition. The sofa feels high quality, it's very comfortable to relax in.
