It is the third time we have retained their services, and we have had a good experience with Frank, Isabella and their staff; most important, they listen what their clients want and they deliver effectively. No doubts we would reccommend them to anyone looking for their services.
Called the garden centre they tried charging me $200 for a delivery 5 minutes away from the store for sod which is completely ridiculous I can call every other store in the area and they don’t charge near as much They first told me they can get the sod delivered by two day notice I gave them a two day notice and they gave me every excuse in the book at first then changed up what day they can deliver multiple times they don’t keep there word bad customer service wouldn’t work with them again go to other garden centres around the reviews here are truthful as what it seems
I and my wife are incredible happy with the landscaping work done by Frank and their team. He was professional, and always communicated clearly throughout the project. This company transformed my backyard into a beautiful space. The quality of their work is exceptional. I recommend them.
I've bought plenty of tomatoes and flowers from here and the prices were very affordable. I'm very satisfied with their services. I go back every spring to buy my tomatoes and flowers
The owner is extremely rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. The owner has a lack of customer service. The establishment is run down and looks like a dump.
The owner of this place is incredibly disrespectful, condescending and rude. Terrible service, very slow and no one is even there for you to ask for help, you have to serve yourself and go around looking for help and when you do find help, they're incredibly rude. Their dog was barking and came running out to us and they did not even bother to stop the dog nor to see who was outside. This garden is open for the public and the owner literally throws a tantrum if you touch anything. How else am I going to purchase things without touching them? They have no boxes nor trolleys for you to put the items you want in one place. This is the best way to get your customers to touch everything!!!! Because you do not provide any other options!! perhaps a basket or box of some sort? Aside from the fact that this place has horrible service, they have a very small selection and within their selection there are a lot of dead vegetable plants. Very poor quality in comparison to other gardens. This place does not even deserve one star, I wish there was an option for zero stars.
