I'm embarrassed at their level of service I had a gift held up at the boarder. I had thought they had a counter party in the U.S. to avoid the boarder crossing issues theses days. They made good on my order. It was late but they made good by rushing a second one out. I will be using them again 100%. Honey Baked Ham no longer accept order from Canada must have a U.S. address for the credit card. This is a nice alternative!
My Baskets did a great job delivering my gift a day ahead of the promised date. The recipient loved it, which is all I could ask for. I’d be happy to order from them again in the future when the opportunity arises.
I found My Baskets website easy to navigate .. the chose to leave a message for the ones receiving..very easy to do..also the chose of delivery time etc...all in all my friends were not only surprised but very happy with the basket...I also like the idea of being able to track it as I live in BC and basket was delivered in Ontario..I loved the idea of being able to add to the basket...great will use them again for sure.
We use AB Gift Baskets every year. We get about 25 large baskets each year and get so many compliments on the quality and quantity of items in each basket! Payal is so lovely quick and professional. The order closed before I could put in the correct billing and shipping addresses. I've tried numerous times to reach an actual PERSON to make sure this was corrected but have not been able to reach anyone. I tried to cancel the order yesterday by email but I'm not sure it has been cancelled as there hasn't been any confirmation of that.
On time and much appreciated by the recipient. thanks. You offered a 10% discount for first time use, but I didn't know how to activate that on the payment.
