Just had a great experience at Solo! My uncle needed some new parts for his electric guitar, so I took him to Solo to see if they could help him out. Suffice to say, we were both blown away by the vibes of the shop, as well as the extensive inventory and knowledgeable personnel. Big shout out to the staff members who helped us out that day, they were both super personable, and really took the time to go through all the different options with my uncle. He was really impressed with the service, and plans to bring his other guitars to the shop (and maybe pick up one of the DIY kits he was eyeing). Highly recommend Solo to any and all guitar enthusiasts!
My go-to store for buying my guitar repair equipment. Excellent selection of every tool that you could ever need to build, repair and set up your guitars and really killer prices. Every time I visit the owner is always super helpful in guiding me through what I need for each repair, and what works within the budget. They also have a really cool selection of cheap guitar necks that you can get to learn how to do fret work which is very appreciated. Definitely would recommend coming here for whatever you need, and don't be afraid to ask questions. The staff are awesome and will help you with whatever you need!
I am just so impressed with Solo and their excellent customer service. Right now I am having packages I really need getting major delays due to the Canada Post strike. The awg cable I received was not in a great condition, it was cut in the middle, plus the price of the jescar evo gold fretwire is ridiculous.. I highly recommend to stay away from this store..
