What a shocking world we live in. After going back and forth by email, the audacity was when I received a phone call telling me that a refund would only be possible if I removed my review. I took the review down solely so I could get my money back — I could not leave a balance sitting with a program my child would never return to. Now that the refund is complete, I am reposting my honest experience because we as parents must help and protect each other. If we don’t speak up, nothing changes. I originally enrolled my daughter in the recreational program, but she did not enjoy it and the classes were extremely repetitive every single week. When I reached out to cancel the remaining classes, the first suggestion I received was for her to try an advanced program — even though she was struggling with the basics and clearly not enjoying herself. This felt more like upselling than genuinely supporting a child’s needs. When I requested a refund, I was told it was not possible and that only a credit would be provided — something we would never use. Multiple emails, escalation, and explanations changed nothing. Only after posting my review did management suddenly offer a refund, but only on the condition that I take the review down. Parents: please be extremely cautious before registering. Make sure your child truly enjoys the program before paying, because you may lose your money if they’re unhappy. And based on my experience, fairness only came after public pressure. I’m sharing this so other families know exactly what to expect. We have to look out for one another.
Amazing gym! I’ve been to other gyms and this by far has been my favorite! Amazing coaches, clean equipment, and overall a great space for gymnasts to take part in! Highly recommended!
My daughter did acro intense camp in the summer and absolutely loved it. She was excited to go each day and learned a lot of new tricks and skills. Would highly recommend this gymnastics studio.
Awesome place!!!! My daughter attended camp this summer at high flyers , she is 10 & absolutely loved it ! She loved how she learnt lots about the equipment, she loved the entire faciility , staff & the new friends she made! She had so much Fun with all the extra activities & couldn’t wait to go back. We also had a birthday party for her here & it was fantastic fun , all the kids had a blast!!! The trainers are skilled & knowledgeable. It’s a great space to learn, play & have fun with beans, mats springs etc. Loved how our party was private too, with a great large space to eat & relax for parents. We will be back for more ! Thank you high flyers !!!
High Flyers has been a fantastic place for my kids to have fun while truly advancing their skills. My daughter started in the recreational program two years ago and has since progressed into more advanced classes. The staff is incredibly nice, the facility is well-equipped, and the coaches are skilled. We also had a great experience with their summer camp this year. I highly recommend High Flyers!
My daughter has been with High Flyers since 2023 and she has been enjoying her training so much throughout the year including the summer camp. Her coach makes her feel confident. She has improved a lot since she started with High Flyers.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter’s gym bag was stolen during a small birthday party at this facility — only 10 people were present (7 kids, one parent organizer, and two staff members), and yet her belongings still went missing. I immediately asked the staff and management to check the security cameras, but I was met with constant deflection. First they said the cameras weren’t working, then claimed they didn’t have access — zero accountability, zero support. It’s extremely disappointing how little concern they showed for a theft that occurred on their premises. Save your time, money, and peace of mind — there are far better and safer places out there. **I’m updating my review following your response. Unfortunately, none of this was communicated to me by your staff. I was initially told the cameras would be reviewed, but no one ever followed up. I had to call multiple times, and each time I received a different answer. Eventually, I was told the cameras don’t work and that they were unable to check the footage.
