big fan of the sugaring process and used to come here as a teen! however, this place has unfortunately gone down hill and the customer service aspect is poor. i have given Sugar Blossom three tries as i love sugaring but each visit has left me disappointed. the staff are simply rude and unfriendly. when i first enter, the lady tells me to go to a certain room number with no further directions on how to prepare myself or a smile hello. during the visit just feels awkward and if she attempts to make conversation she remains quiet or replies “ok”. when the sugaring was finished, i said “thank you” she said “ok you’re done” and quickly left the room. overall, an unpleasant experience and truly sad to say i can’t give this place another try.
It was my first time trying sugaring and it was amazing the staff Jessica made me feel so amazing and talked me through the process, the dos and don’ts, if you haven’t been here for sugaring then I don’t know what you’re doing. Now I feel very comfortable in my own skin. Thank you Sugar Blossom❤️❤️ I’m definitely recommending my entire friends and family here xoxoooo
Product/Service: I tried this vs waxing because in the past the latter hasn't been kind to my skin. This was much easier on it and as someone with sensitive skin and eczema that's exactly what I was looking for. Customer Service: Amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff was sooooo friendly and so open and honest about literally anything I asked. I've done waxing in the past so for me it wasn't that big of a deal but for someone who is a first timer this is the place to go. There's no need to feel embarrassed or weird about asking anything and they certainly don't make you feel that way. I've been to chain wax places and tbh while I had no complaints about the actual service the staff weren't exceptionally friendly. For such an intimate service I feel like this is one you really need to make an effort to make the clients feel comfortable and the staff at Sugar Blossom definitely do that. I would recommend this place for sure!
I drive more than an hour for my appointment and it is completely worth it. The staff is friendly and welcoming and there is a kind approach with meticulous attention to detail that is appreciated and makes all the difference in the world. Highly recommend a visit to Sugar Blossom.
I go once a month and absolutely love Helen. I look forward to my appointments and the price is reasonable for the quality and service. They call you back within minutes if they miss your phone call (even on the days they are closed) and they're very polite.
